While we offer standard programs on many topics, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs. Joe Daniel Joe worked in the Ontario Public Service for over 35 years. As an Enforcement Officer with the Ministry of Transportation, he performed a wide range of inspections, investigations, and enforcement actions as it pertains to truck and bus operators. He was later promoted to the rank of Highway Carrier Safety Inspector. During his career with MTO, Joe served as the spokesperson for all enforcement officers in Ontario, engaging key stakeholders in meaningful dialogue about provincial road safety. He consistently demonstrated passion and dedication to his craft, and he is well-known among carriers in the Greater Toronto Area. Joe recently opened his consulting company, JD Consulting. Having spent his entire professional career in the enforcement, investigation, and audit fields, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a hands-on approach to Commercial Vehicle Safety.
